Assistant

Pay Scale: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4800/-
Eligibility:
(a) Deputation/Absorption from amongst Central/State Government Officers:
(i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or
(ii) With two years regular service in posts in the PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600/- or equivalent; or
(iii) with six years regular service in posts in the Pb-2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200/- or equivalent
(b) Educational and other qualifications:-
(i) Master’s degree in Meteorology/Physics; Applied Physics/Geophysics/Mathematics/Statistics from a Recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) Three years experience in Meteorological work.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date prescribed for receipt of applications.
